Mountain Lake Public Schools

This floriculture team was really astounding, made up of a freshman, 3 sophomores, and a senior. Most teams that go to compete at the National FFA Convention are older teams of Seniors. These girls practiced all summer and put in many hours to compete at the convention. In the end, the team placed 9th out of 43 total teams. Individually out of 171 competitors; Isabelle Penner placed 23rd, Kathryn Wassman placed 27th, Danika Gohr placed 50th, and Bailey Meyer placed 94th. We look forward to seeing what some of these ladies can do in the future years with other teams as well.
